At The Lavender Sleep Co., we believe rest should feel intentional and comfortable from the very first night.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

We understand that comfort products are personal and may need to be experienced. You are welcome to try your pillow; however, to be eligible for a return, it must be in a clean and hygienic condition, free from stains, damage, or excessive wear.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thelavendersleepco.com with your order details before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and carefully inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve this promptly.
