Shipping Policy

At The Lavender Sleep Co., we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping provider. We do not issue refunds for orders confirmed as delivered.

In the event of lost shipments, claims must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can assist you promptly.
